Our mission is to unlock the highest potential in every human. We believe each of us can contribute to a bright, livable world. Yet, the way society and our modern economic systems are designed often obstruct this unlocking.
So where do we find this highest potential? As Goethe once said, "If children grew up according to early indications, we should have nothing but geniuses." We believe every human has a purpose—a higher calling from the soul (or universe or God, whichever resonates with you). Following this calling not only leads you to live your most fulfilled life but also empowers you to contribute to a better world at your highest capacity.
This state reveals itself through observable signs. People who follow their highest calling—or inner genius—act for their own sake. They truly love what they do and are devoted to their work. They display persistence, infinite curiosity, and genuine, pure intentions. Rather than forcing themselves, they are naturally drawn to their craft, speaking of it with excitement and living in harmony with the world.
We believe this natural state is available to everyone, yet it remains inaccessible. Modern society has constructed complex principles, ideas, and values that are mimetic rather than born of our own desires. As a result, much of our potential remains locked away. We unconsciously trade good for great—and this is where Acta's mission begins.
We aim to create an organization that helps people reconnect with their inner child-like inclinations and design their lives around them. To do so, we draw from ancient wisdom—such as Taoism and Stoicism—and merge it with a modern understanding of the psyche and the world. We see each person with compassion, recognizing that every decision made has shaped who they are today. By combining these ideas about human potential with the insight that challenges cannot be solved by the thinking mind alone, we design tools and systems to bring you closer to your inner genius.
Acta is not an education or coaching company. Our goal is not to create transactional interactions or foster dependency on our work. Instead, Acta is a place where we play long-term games with long-term people. We strive to create an environment in which those who join us can flourish, providing a space that nurtures the natural needs and desires of the human experience. People may join or leave Acta according to their highest resonance and truth. There is no dependency—only true detachment from outcomes—because we believe in a force larger than the human mind that connects things in unpredictable yet meaningful ways.
